Here are 15 signs that you are stressed out, and how to fix it.

Sign 1: You are unable to concentrate

Close your eyes and inhale deeply through your nose, then exhale slowly through your mouth in the shape of an O. Do this 8 times or until you feel more relaxed. It gets more oxygen into your system and makes you feel and think better.

Sign 2: You feel depressed (really unhappy)

Take a warm bath and jot out all of the things that make you happy on a piece of paper. Then get a good night’s rest or a nap if you’re in the middle of the day. This can help you dig out happy thoughts and get you to relax.

Sign 3: You are being a pessimist

Watch a feel-good video and read encouraging quotes from websites that promote positivity.

Sign 4: You feel overwhelmed
