If you are applying for the position of nurse but you only have a nursing assistant certificate, do you think the employer would hire you as a nurse even if your resume is above the market standard?

You will be hired if you graduated with a degree in nursing, have worked at a hospital for three or five years, and you have been awarded for your excellent performance.
3. You have an impressive level of exposure to various areas of the business
No one would reject a person who is well-rounded, have travelled places, have worked with different people can adjust to different environments.
If you have included in your resume your various trainings, positions in your previous companies, organizations you have joined, and the like, your employers will know that you are serious about your craft and you will be a great addition to their company.
4. You are a people-person
