1. Identify the threat.

2. Monitor setting.
If you often work on a computer, look at the distance you are sitting on the monitor. The correct distance should be approx. 50 – 60 cm. There are also special overlays on the monitor that absorb UV radiation. An important thing is also the height of the chair or monitor. The top edge of the monitor should be slightly below eye level.
3. 5 min break every hour

5. Diet for eyes.
